Erin was great! We sent the request through Zillow Saturday night, and she gave us a call the very next day! Since this was our first home purchase, we were not familiar with the home buying process, even though we did some research, we were pre-qualified for loan through our bank, we had a good idea what we wanted and what we could afford and had been looking for awhile. She gave us a checklist of the whole home buying process for reference and went over each step of the process with us, and patiently answered all our questions. Every day she sent us a list of new home available. She met with us to see every house we chose to look at - "the fun part", as she calls it 🙂 .
