Valarie's role entails management of the Group’s marketing, administrative and organizational needs and as a result, she is affectionately referred to as the Director of Operations by the rest of the team.  Prior to joining the Burkart Group, Valarie volunteered for several different causes within the local community.  One of her volunteer efforts highlighted her strong organizational skills and as a result, “no good deed goes unpunished” and this lent her to being elected as the leader of the Parent Teacher Association, even while continuing to serve on several advisory boards and booster clubs.  For 20 years she has led, as Team Captain, the longest standing March of Dimes family team and was subsequently asked to serve on the advisory and planning committee for the Dallas March for Babies event. Valarie has also served and volunteered in her over 20 years as a military spouse.   Her greatest challenge and the job she’s proudest of has been raising her four children along with her husband Frankie. Valarie loves her local and military community and all of the people in it...and she loves being involved with the process of making dreams come true for individuals and families when finding their dream (ideal) home!
